Gerardo holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master of Public Health from Touro University California. His educational foundation also includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Bakersfield, and an Associate of Science in Surgical Technology from San Joaquin Valley College.
His diverse clinical experience encompasses roles at esteemed institutions such as the Heart Vascular and Leg Center in Bakersfield, CA, and the Dr. Alvarez Medical Group. He has also gained valuable experience in internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, emergency medicine, family practice, obstetrics/gynecology, and general surgery through rotations at various medical centers across California and internationally at Jimma University in Ethiopia.
